Architectural Plate Glass and Wood? Doesn’t that make the Podiums heavy?
Our Podiums are made of high quality materials which do certainly weigh more than fiberboard stands.  For our clients’ convenience, there are recessed castors on all of our models so 1 person can easily move any of them.

Are these made of Plexiglass?
Our Podiums are made of 3/8” Architectural plate glass, not plastic.  Plastic units quickly show wear from everyday cleaning.  Glass is a much harder and more resilient material.  In regards to appearance, nothing looks more elegant than a polished glass edge.

How hard are your podiums to assemble?
Our podiums arrive at your location completely assembled and ready to go.  Simply open up the crate and roll into place.

How can I be sure if your stains will match our décor?
Contact our sales department and we will be happy to send you one of our stain sample boards.

How long will it take you to make a new Podium?
Depending on the complexity of the artwork, our Podiums usually take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive at your location after the order is placed.

How long will it take to get quick switch plates to me?
Once the art is approved, we can get new quick switch plates to you within 10 business days.  Of course rushes can be accommodated.

The Frosted Artwork looks very nice.  Do I have to worry about that peeling off?
No.  Our frosted artwork is permanently etched into the glass by our team of artisans.  It will never scratch or peel off.

Is the clear glass better than the smoked glass?
No.  Both glass colors are the same thickness and quality.  As a side note, the darker glass is smoked during the manufacturing process.  The tint will never bubble, lift or peel off.

What Type of guarantee do you offer?
Our Podiums are hand assembled and finished with great attention to detail by expert craftspeople.  Other than the castors, there are no moving parts.  Any defects in workmanship noted within the first 2 years will be corrected free of charge.  Electronic components such as lights or microphones carry a 1 year warranty.
